Bookings and Payment 

Bookings must be made by completing the online booking form or by returning an electronic  booking form to the email address provided.  All bookings will be confirmed by email and/or phone. 

Bookings will not be confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total event cost is paid, to me made when the booking form is completed and returned.

All outstanding payments must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of the booking.

Pirouette Parties reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been made within 7 days of the date of the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

If customers require a date change for their booking this will facilitated, at no charge, provided Pirouette Parties have an available date and time slot. Any further date changes will incur a charge of 10% of the total booking cost. Any rescheduled event to take place within 3 months of the original date. If the booking is not re-scheduled then any payments made are non-refundable.

If customers have to cancel their booking and provide Pirouette Parties with 14 days or more notice, we will refund the customer the full amount of their booking minus the deposit. If customers have to cancel their booking and provide Pirouette Parties with 8-13 days notice we will refund 50% of the booking minus the deposit. If customers provide  7 days or less notice the event is non-refundable.

In the event that Pirouette Parties has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date. Pirouette Parties will not be held responsible for any fees or costs incurred by the customer due to cancellations.

Prices and Payments

Prices are available on the website or by contacting the email address provided. Prices are subject to change at any time but will not affect bookings already made.

Pirouette Parties accepts payments via bank transfer and online payment links (iZettle) 

Health and Safety

Pirouette Parties instructors have their own public liability insurance, are paediatric first aid trained, and are DBS checked. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that appropriate clothing and foot wear is worn to all Pirouette Parties and all medical conditions are disclosed at the time of booking.

Pirouette Parties reserves the right to exclude any customer from any/all activity if they appear ill or Pirouette Parties believes the illness to be contagious.

Pirouette Parties reserves the right to exclude any customer from any/all activity if the participant is not conducive to the general enjoyment and objective of the activity, e.g bullying, disruptive, aggressive. 

Threatening or abusive language and behaviour towards Pirouette Parties employees will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the event at the customers expense.

Special Requirements

Pirouette Parties includes all customers wherever possible. The needs of each customer vary, so decisions are made on a case by case basis. Customers should discuss their needs with Pirouette Parties in the first instance of their needs and requirements so that any special arrangements can be made where possible.

Liability

Pirouette Parties will not be held liable for any personal injury or death of any participant however so caused in the course of a Pirouette Parties event. 

Pirouette Parties accepts no liability for loss, damage, vandalism, or theft of personal property owned by customers or their children during any Pirouette Parties activity.

Pirouette Parties will not be held liable for any losses or additional expense due to injury or sickness whilst at a Pirouette Party activity.

Insurance 

All Pirouette Parties employees have their own Public Liability Insurance.

Child Protection

Pirouette Parties has a responsibility to respond if they suspect any child in their activity may be suffering from abuse or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. Pirouette Parties will act according to our GDPR – a copy is available on request.

Film/Photography

Pirouette Parties may use recording equipment to take photographs and/or video of Pirouette Parties events for marketing and promotional purposes.

Those who do not wish themselves or their children to be recorded must make Pirouette Parties aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the event takes place.

Data Protection

Pirouette Parties collects personal information in order to process bookings. We will never sell or pass on personal details to third parties. Only employees of Pirouette Parties will have access to the personal data of our customers.
